I've fallen in love with Google Calendar.
I'm always online and when I'm online I'm always signed into my email at google. So, when an important new thing happens, I can immediately input it into my computer where it remains stored. No post-its everywhere or scribbled out dates on a paper calendar. Yay!
But, the best part of it is being able to share it with he-who-shall-not-be-named that is the co-parent of my three year old daughter. I used to have the worst time talking to him about scheduling. He'd be rattling off dates and I'd have no visual in front of me and blah blah blah.... but now, I've made a parenting schedule, we share it online and he emails me questions. The uncomfortable face to face time eliminated. GO TEAM ANNETTE!
